Is it crazy that you can eat local food in Brooklyn, but in farm country you can't buy the food grown a mile down the road? Direct Local Food thought so and decided to do something about it. Creating a platform for famers to sell to their neighbors not only put fresher food on the table but it created person to person connections that made buying and selling more satisfying.
